Online Ordering

Register an account with us and place the unavailable product in your wishlist. Once we have restocked, you will be notified via your registered email or contact.

If you are a first time buyer, you can enjoy RM10 off your purchase. To be entitled to it, you will need to register an account with us and receive a discount code as a welcome gift to you from us.

We accept a few payment methods depending on where you are purchasing from :

  • Credit/Debit : Visa/Mastercard/AMEX
  • Online Banking (Malaysia Banks Only) : FPX payment
  • Online Payment (International) : PayPal
  • Buy now Pay later : GrabPay Later Installment (4 Months), Atome (3 Months)
  • E-Wallet : GrabPay Now or Pay Later, MAE by Maybank2U, MCa$h, ShopeePay, Touch’N Go E-Wallet.
Regrettably, once you have placed your order through our website, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

You can track your order status when you login at our website. Login to your account and view your order history. 

Of course you can! You can mark the “add a gift note” column at the cart page. Type out your custom message with up to 10 words and we will have it written and sent with your package.
Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Not based in the same country as us? Fret not, we ship internationally .

All West Malaysia delivery on orders RM300 and above, East Malaysia on orders RM500 and above are free. Anything below the stated amount will be charged with a starting rate of RM15 depending on your parcel weight and location.

Shipping out of Malaysia varies in pricing depending on your parcel weight and delivery location. Shipping fee will be indicated before payment step at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, kindly allow 3-5 working days (Monday – Friday) for your order to be processed before the courier picks up your parcel.

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

We apologise in advance if you received your parcel and find that your items are missing or damaged. Do reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and items that were missing or damaged together with a photo and unboxing video proof and we will escalate it to fix your situation as soon as possible.

You may initiate the returns and refund process by communicating with RNBG by sending us an email at [email protected]


You may only apply for return of the purchased Product in the following circumstances:

  • upon receipt of item, the sealed Product has visible packaging damage;
  • the Product delivered to you is defective and/or damaged on delivery;
  • the Product delivered to you is materially different from the description provided in the listing of the Product on RNBG Platform;
  • the Product delivered to you does not match the agreed specification (e.g. different size and/or types) stipulated in your order; and such other circumstances which may be determined by RNBG on a case-by-case basis.


You may initiate the refunds process by communicating with RNBG through  [email protected]. Refunds are only applicable should the item ordered be missing in items, wrongly sent or damaged. All refund requests will require at least a PHOTO and VIDEO of unboxing the package as a proof once it has been received. There will be 3 methods to choose from for a refund 

  • Replace the missing/damaged product 1 for 1, shipping for replacement will be borne by us. 
  • Refunds in store credits, amount refunded will NOT include previous shipping charges. You will need an account registered on our website to receive your store credit.
  • Cash refund, this method will require a longer lead time and will be on a case to case basis. Refunds will NOT include previous shipping charges.

The expiry date reflects on the shelf life of the product and it is not advisable to use it once it has expired. The open jar icon on the other hand, refers to the amount of time a product will remain effective after it has first been opened.

If your product is older than 12 months after it has been opened, it may still be good but we cannot vouch for its effectiveness. Remember to check for appearance, texture and smell before using.

Definitely! All products should be stored in cool, dry places. Avoid placing it under direct sunlight or anywhere that produces heat. This would keep your products effective throughout the stated shelf life.

We would strongly advise that you do a test patch before using the product.
